So for the last 2 weeks we have been looking at houses. We have driven all over the Salt Lake Valley looking at homes. Some are great, others scare me-a lot! We found one house we really liked but it was a short sale and already had several offers on it so we decided to pass. We are going out with our realtor again this week so wish us luck! I never knew how hard and frustrating this process is!In other news, Ian started a new job at Wells Fargo last week. He is really enjoying it. Our insurance will start in a month so hopefully that means we can get back on track with our plans to get pregnant. We are going to need a baby to help fill up a new house!

How exciting, I say just skip all short sales and go for the forclosures. We put in three seperate offers on short sales and by the time we bought our house(3 months later) we still had'nt heard back from them. Forclosures are a lot easier and faster. Good Luck!!
